928.004.003 NEW “HF” – POLINI HIGH FLOW SYSTEM – FOR THOR 200 EVO ENGINES

This kit includes NO manual, let a professional Polini Service Center do the job for you, if you are not very, very sure of what you are doing!
 
This kit make the engine run even more smooth in the mid range and give the engine around 80kg thrust with 125cm Helix prop.
 
Our test engine made it up to 82kg of thrust  with a Helix H30F 1,25m M-R-10-02.
 
The HF-kit lower the cylinder temperature with around 100 degree Celsius!!!!!
 
The HF-kit also make it possible to run the engine on ASPEN 2T alkylate fuel. This is a very big advantage for you that have problems to get good fuel on the local petrol station.

“HF” system has been developed by the Polini R&D team for Thor 190 and 200 EVO engines. “HF” is the innovative system that grants better performance and optimize the cooling of the cylinder. Some prototypes have been used during the last 2018 French Championship by the the pluri-world champion Alex Mateos won the title, confirming its reliability and brilliant performance.

“HF” KIT TECHNICAL FEATURES

NEW HEAD The new profile of the burning chamber improves the propagation of the flame optimizing the turbulence during the fuel combustion phase. This peculiarity, together with the increasing of the compression ratio, improves the engine performance reducing the fuel consumption.

CARBURETOR SET-UP AND AIR BOX (FOR THOR 200 ONLY) The new set up of the carburetion has been improved thanks to a series of workings inside the carburetor finalized to increase the power output and the vaporization of the petrol/air mixture.

SPARK COOLER SCS is the innovative cooling system of the spark plug that lows the working temperatures in the point of highest grade of heat and in the burning chamber, eliminating the events of over-heating definitively.
